ANLC’s operations are overseen by a Committee of Management that works alongside our Centre Manager and the team of staff and volunteers who are responsible for the day-to-day management of the Centre.

Committee of Management

Our Committee of Management is responsible for the governance and policy framework that guides the management of the Centre. The Committee’s role is to ensure that the Centre is functioning successfully, contributing to the community in a positive way, and is compliant with the standards and obligations of the legislative and statutory frameworks under which we operate.

Our voluntary Committee of Management is comprised of community members: individuals who participate in the life of the Centre, have an interest in the local community and relevant skills to contribute to the management of the Centre.

The positions of President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary are supported by subcommittees for finance, policies, marketing and risk. An annual budget and strategic plan underpin the governance and management of the Centre.

The Committee meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month. From time to time there is a vacancy on the committee and we welcome new committee members.

If you are interested in joining the ANLC Committee of Management, please contact our Centre Manager on 9885 9401 for more information.
