Join us Tuesday afternoons for a hands-on culinary adventure! Our Local Ashburton Chef James will guide you through the art of making fresh, authentic ITALIAN pasta sauces from scratch.
Workshop Schedule:
- RED SAUCES – 11 AUGUST: puttanesca, ragu alla bollognese, boscaiola
- WHITE SAUCES – 18 AUGUST : romana carbonara, alla norma & sugo di nico
- GREEN SAUCES – 25 AUGUST: pesto genovese, agrodolce, pasta e fagioli
