Join us Tuesday afternoons for a hands-on culinary adventure! Our Local Ashburton Chef James will guide you through the art of making fresh, authentic ITALIAN pasta sauces from scratch.

Workshop Schedule:

  1. RED SAUCES – 21 JULY: puttanesca, ragu alla bollognese, boscaiola
  2. WHITE SAUCES – 28 JULY : romana carbonara, alla norma & sugo di nico
  3. GREEN SAUCES – 4 AUGUST: pesto genovese, agrodolce, pasta e fagioli
